وثق فريق شبكة أطباء السودان، استناداً إلى معلومات طبية وميدانية موثوقة، وقوع 32 حالة اغتصاب مؤكدة خلال أسبوع لفتيات من مدينة الفاشر وصلن إلى منطقة طويلة، جرى بعضها داخل الفاشر عقب اجتياح قوى الغزو الخارجي للمدينة، فيما تعرّضت أخريات للاعتداء أثناء محاولتهن الفرار إلى طويلة.
تدين الشبكة عمليات الإغتصاب التي ظل يمارسها أفراد من المليش__يا ضد النساء بمدينة الفاشر والفارات من الحرب وتؤكد أن هذه الجرائم تمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني وترتقي إلى جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، وتكشف مستوى الانفلات والانتهاكات الممنهجة التي تتعرض لها النساء والفتيات في مناطق سيطرة قوى الغزو الخارجي ، في ظل غياب أي حماية وانعدام تام للمحاسبة.
تحمّل شبكة أطباء السودان المليش__يا المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الجرائم، وتطالب بفتح تحقيق دولي عاجل ومستقل، وتأمين حماية فورية للناجيات والشهود، والسماح للمنظمات الطبية والإنسانية بالوصول الكامل لتقديم الرعاية والعلاج والدعم النفسي والقانوني لهن دون قيود أو تهديد.
The Sudan Doctors Network team has documented, based on reliable medical and field information, the occurrence of 32 confirmed cases of rape within one week involving girls from the city of El Fasher who arrived in the Tawila area. Some of the assaults took place inside El Fasher following the Rapid Support Forces’ (RSF) takeover of the city, while others were attacked while attempting to flee to Tawila.
The Network condemns the acts of rape committed by members of the RSF against women in the city of El Fasher and those fleeing the war. It affirms that these crimes constitute a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity. They reveal the extent of the disorder and systematic abuses faced by women and girls in areas controlled by the RSF, amid the absence of protection and a complete lack of accountability.
The Sudan Doctors Network holds the RSF fully responsible for these crimes and calls for an urgent and independent international investigation, immediate protection for the survivors and witnesses, and unrestricted access for medical and humanitarian organizations to provide care, treatment, and psychological and legal support.
